• Make sure you have a reliable internet connection and device to access the class
• Setup the space where you'll be tapping - setup your tap flooring (if using), your device, grab some water (or your beverage of choice), and get ready to have fun
• If you have technical difficulties during a class - don't panic! Sometimes leaving the Zoom and then coming back will fix the issue. These things inevitably happen, and I'll help you troubleshoot your issues after class so that they won't happen again. 
• Remember that a live class will feel a bit different on Zoom - I'll be facing you and mirroring the moves for most of the class.
• If you don't get a step the first time or the hundredth time - no worries! As long as you're up and moving, you're doing it right. 
• Have fun, and dance like no one's watching - because they aren't! :)

The Zoom class links will be emailed out weekly, but you can also find the links for upcoming classes in your member portal under "Zoom Class Links."

Recordings will be uploaded to your member portal the day following the live class.

My current board is a 4x4 sheet of maple plywood laid over 4 foam flooring tiles. I bought both the plywood and the foam flooring at a home improvement store (Lowe's). Check out the "Resources" tab found on the menu at the top of this page for more information on tap boards.

The 2 brands I recommend for both quality and comfort are Bloch and Capezio. I'm currently tapping in "Jason Samuels Smith" tap shoes by Bloch. Check out the "Resources" tab found on the menu at the top of this page for more information about purchasing tap shoes.

Unfortunately, no. The music licenses needed to use copyrighted music in the classes require active subscription payments. Think of it like a Netflix subscription - current members have access to everything in the membership, while cancelling the subscription means losing access to all the classes and recordings. 

I'll hate to see you go, but I understand that priorities change and conflicts arise. I appreciate you being a member, and please know you're always welcome back!

To cancel your membership:

• Log in to your account.
• Click on your Avatar in the top right of the page.
• Select Settings from the dropdown.
• Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
• Select your subscription payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) and follow the steps provided.
